MA/CS 371 - Course Grades and Policies

Absences
Class/Homework - if you miss class, you are still responsible for the material covered in the lecture and any assignment that is made. Your absence does not change the due date of an assignment. Each class period a Problem of the Day will be assigned during the last 15 minutes of class and will be handed in before the class period is over at 10:55am.
Exams - no makeup examinations will be given unless an acceptable reason is presented to the instructor before the scheduled examination date.
Labs - if you miss lab, you are still responsible for completing the assigned labwork by the due date (which may be at the end of any lab period on Thursdays).

Due Date Policy
Homework - all written assignments are due at the beginning of class on the specified due date. NO LATE WRITTEN ASSIGMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Labs - no late laboratory assignments will be accepted for grading after a due date. This policy will be strictly enforced (no exceptions).
