TITLE: MOSIS IP LIBRARY
MOSIS provides a repository of previously fabricated university
designs. This intellectual property (IP) library contains
designs fabricated and verified by MOSIS users and distributed by
MOSIS at no charge for MOSIS Educational Program users. The
library is intended to obviate the necessity for some of the
"wheel-reinventing" that goes into ASIC design, without requiring
the substantial expense of a complete cell library or separately
obtained IP blocks. This MOSIS repository is not a replacement
for commercial libraries but instead assists users at educational
institutions in focusing on selected, concrete design tasks. For
