providing "TestBuilder" at no charge to hardware developers.
TestBuilder is an extension of C++ into an advanced testbench
development language that supports abstraction of complex tests
using both Verilog and VHDL. Cadence Design Systems has made
TestBuilder available using open source licensing to enable
designers and EDA vendors to develop interoperable testbenches.
