TITLE: BUILT-IN SELF-TEST FOR FPGAS
SystemBIST Embedded Configuration and Test Processor, developed
by Intellitech, enables system-wide deterministic built-in self
test and programmable logic configuration of FPGAs and CPLDs.
The dedicated processor is used for deterministic Built-In-Self-
Test (BIST) and FPGA/CPLD in-system configuration on single PCBs
or in multi-PCB systems. This new member of Intellitech's TEST-
IP family provides a solution for in-the-field logic upgrades of
FPGAs and CPLDs from different vendors as well as fixtureless
on-board digital test. Intellitech has demonstrated a
comprehensive multi-board reference design incorporating the
technology. The reference system provided system level FPGA
programming from a centralized point and embedded test with
diagnostics.
