TITLE: FREE TEXT ON ANALOG CIRCUIT AND MICROPROCESSOR SYSTEM DESIGN
"Analog and Microprocessor System Design: The Weather Station
Project" is a free text that is 245 pages in length and contains
theoretical and practical material on the design of weather
station instrumentation. It was originally written to support a
senior electronics laboratory in electronic instrumentation at
Ryerson University Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering. It will be of interest to anyone setting up a course
in analog circuit design, microprocessor systems or
instrumentation.
There is also design information on weather instruments that will
be useful to anyone constructing an electronic weather station.
The textbook is available at EE LAB in the 'course material' sub-
directory.
The material has been extensively class tested. It is in PDF
format and freely useable for personal and classroom use. If you
are interested in for-profit resale of the material, please check
with me first. If you find the material useful, or have
suggestions for changes, feel free to let me know.
The weather station uses the MPP Microprocessor 68HC11 kit which
is described at the same web site.
Happy reading.
