TITLE: SystemVision and VHDL-AMS

Modelling of complete, integrated systems that sense,
process, manipulate, and control complex entities such as sound,
images, text, motion, and environmental conditions can be
performed using SystemVision. This software product is offered by
Mentor Graphics and uses VHDL-AMS, a unified design language for
modeling digital, analog, mixed-signal, and mixed-technology
systems. VHDL-AMS extends VHDL to bring the successful
HDL modeling methodology of digital electronic systems design
to these new design disciplines. SystemVision-Educational
(free) is a limited-capacity version of SystemVision-
Professional. Both are based on a book entitled "The System
Designer's Guide to VHDL-AMS" by Ashenden, Peterson and
Teegarden. The book (ISBN: 1-55860-749-8) is available from
Morgan Kaufmann.
