TITLE: C-based Design Using PICO Express
PICO Express combines configurable IP (intellectual property)
blocks and exploration and configuration tools that produce RTL
(register transfer level) code directly from algorithm C
descriptions. Sequences of nested loops are mapped onto a highly
optimized pipeline processor array (PPA) architecture. The tool
supports multiple loops with streaming data and creates a single,
rate-matched RTL block. It also provides extensive verification
and integration capabilities. Hence, it is intended to reduce
design time, improve design quality and reduce verification and
integration time.
