Analog VLSI Design Resource Kit

(Contributed by Robert Caverly of Univ. of Massachusetts)

Version 2 of an analog VLSI design resource kit is now available
via anonymous FTP to micron.ece.umassd.edu. Change directory to
pub and retrieve the documents of interest. CIF files are in-
cluded for the 2-micron MOSIS TinyChip service using P-well and
N-well technologies. These designs have been verified both ex-
perimentally and by simulation.

The following tutorials contain the laboratory exercises, both
simulation and experimental, corresponding to circuits on the
chip set:

Tutor 1: Simple two-transistor CMOS amplifier

Tutor 2: Simple two-transistor current mirror

Tutor 3: Operational amplifier

Tutor 4: Switched-capacitor filter

Tutor 5: Adjustable CMOS ring oscillator

Tutor 6: 4-Bit Charge-Scaled Digital-to-Analog Converter

There are also ASCII versions of SPICE files for each of the tu-
torials.
