An unmoderated newsgroup called "comp.sys.fpga" has  been  formed
to  facilitate  discussion  on  all  topics related to the use of
reconfigurable Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) as computa-
tional  engines.  Appropriate topics include, but are not limited
to,

        system  architecture          
        FPGA  device   
        architecture
        languages   
        compilation techniques          
        tools
        software environments         
        applications
