Authors:
Sadiq M. Sait is an Associate Professor at the Department of
Computer Engineering  at King  Fahd University  of Petroleum
and Minerals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  He has written
over forty papers  and has served on the  editorial board of
the International Journal of Computer  Aided Design.  He has
lectured at the University of Erlangen, Nurenberg and at the
IBM research center,   rushlikon.  Habib Youssef has  PhD in
Computer Science  from the  University of  Minnesota and  is
currently Assistant Professor at  King Fahd University where
he  teaches graduate  courses  on  CAD for  VLSI,   computer
communications and performance analysis of computer systems.
