Subject: TSMC 0.35u
MOSIS is pleased to announce the addition of the TSMC 0.35u three
metal, two poly process. This 3.3V process fits the SCN3ME_SUBM rules
at a lambda of 0.2u (and the SCN3ME rules at a lambda of 0.25u). Runs
will start every 3 months this summer.
This technology will NOT replace, but will be in addition to, the HP
0.35u (CMOS10) runs on the MOSIS schedule. Dedicated runs will also be
available. Prices for the TSMC 0.35u multiproject runs are estimated
to be the same as for the HP 0.35u process.
We would like your feedback on this process. At a minimum, please
provide estimates of the number of projects, submission dates and
their sizes.
