ProTest

ProTest is a low-cost prototyping test system which closes the gap 
between your CAD simulation environment and a test machine housing 
your ASIC or FPGA. With the consequent implementation of the 
state-of-the-art test bench methodology, a designer may use his 
own VHDL or Verilog-HDL based CAD environment to execute the chip
test and to compare the test results with his simulation model of 
the device-under-test. No additional and complicated test tools 
need to be learned.
