TITLE:  MOSIS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR U.S. UNIVERSITIES

MOSIS is pleased to announce that AMI and  Hewlett  Packard  have
agreed  to provide free wafers for the MOSIS Educational Program.
Because of this generous donation, and  ongoing  support  by  the
National  Science  Foundation,  MOSIS  can  continue  fabricating
circuits designed by university students  at  levels  similar  to
previous years.

The MOSIS Fabrication Schedule indicates which  fabrication  runs
will  accept  student designs. Those runs are marked with an E or
an A. Runs marked with an X will not accept projects  charged  to
educational accounts.

Additional information about the  MOSIS  Educational  Program  is
available on the MOSIS web site at MOSIS.  Connect
to that site, select CUSTOMER SERVICE,  and  select  one  of  the
following:
