TITLE: 8051 DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM
We would like to bring to your attention our JM-552 Development
Training System which we are making available to students and
faculty at an academic discount. This system is being used by
students in laboratory courses in several colleges and it has
recently been adopted in a senior project course at New Jersey
Institute of Technology.
The JM-552 Development Training System is a single board
microcontroller development system designed around the 80C552
CMOS microcontroller. The system is designed to work as a
standalone system or with our integrated software development
tools.
The JM-552 Development Training System shows students how to
write 8051 assembly, Basic, and C programs, and test them on
their PC quickly and easily. Our integrated development
environment (assembler, C, disassembler, on-board debugger, and
simulator) lets students learn using example programs in a step
by step manner. Demonstration programs show the use of external
interrupts, timer routines, and an included LCD display and
keypad.
Our high performance on-board debugger-monitor allows the user to
set breakpoints, single-step through instructions, view and/or
modify registers and memory locations on the JM-552 single board
computer. An 8K External EEPROM is also included so the users can
save and run their programs immediately without burning the EPROM
or being connected to PC.
This list price for the complete JM-552 Development Training
System is $235 per unit (quantity discount available). If you are
interested in using the JM-552 in your laboratory course in the
near future, a unit with LCD, keypad, and a free experimental
demonstration board (a $25 value) at a special price of $145 can
be reserved for your single purchase. We also give students
special discounts when they use this system in their advanced
projects.
