TITLE: NEW PROCESSES AVAILABLE VIA MOSIS
MOSIS is now offering access to the TSMC 0.18-micron six-metal,
one-poly process. Pricing for this 1.8/3.3 V silicided process
is estimated to be $2800 per square millimeter.
MOSIS will continue to schedule TSMC 0.35-micron runs of both the
2P4M (polycided) and the 1P4M (silicided) processes. Both are
for 3.3/5.0 V processes.
The Peregrine 0.5-micron SOS/SOI process is now priced at $1250
per square millimeter for the first lot of 25 parts and $950 per
square millimeter for each additional lot of 25 parts.
AMI has sub-licensed MOSIS to distribute design rules and SPICE
corner parameters for the C5N (0.5 micron) and ABN (1.5 micron)
processes to MOSIS customers who have established MOSIS
commercial accounts.
