Advanced Silicon Technology provides full custom, high quality and density
integrated circuit layout service to the semiconductor community.
We have a lot of experienced with:
- CMOS , BiCMOS and Bipolar layout,
- RF analog and digital layout.
Advanced Silicon Technology has been around since 1988 and located in
Southern CA and approximately 15 miles from Los Angeles Airport. The layout
department is headed by Bob Amneus with over 25 years of experience in IC
industry. He is an electronic engineer with extensive background in design,
programming and layout. He has developed unique CAD tools for full custom

We like to develop a long term relationship with our customers. Most of our
layout orders are from companies who have their own layout departments. A
pending project will be bid at a fixed cost and fixed schedule based on
$58.00/hr. We work remotely and communicate with our customers at the
engineering level. We are used to working very close with the design
engineers since issues of matching, isolation, noise, coupling etc.. are
much more demanding in mixed mode design.
