TITLE: SRC FUNDING FOR TESTING

The Semiconductor Research Corporation periodically  reviews  its
research  portfolio to assure a balance of university research to
meet the needs of SRC member companies. The Computer-Aided Design
and  Test  science  area  of SRC anticipates being able to add to
this work  research  tasks  in  test  and  testability  in  2001.
University  investigators  are  encouraged to submit proposals in
test and testability research to SRC  by  June  12,  2001.  Mixed
signal/analog  test  and testability, at-speed/AC testing, signal
integrity test, and embedded test for SoC are  among  the  topics
highlighted  in an updated needs document. For information on how
to submit your proposal, see the Request for  Proposals  in  Test
and Testability at:
