TITLE: SRC FUNDING FOR BACK-END PROCESSES RESEARCH
The SRC is accepting white papers in all areas of Back-End
Processes (BEP), however, the areas of extendability of Cu-Low
K, Plasma/CVD Processing, Heat Extraction, and Novel Solutions to
the Global Interconnect Problem have been identified as of
critical importance. Today (5/31/2001), we have posted a call
for white papers document on the SRC website.
The deadline for receiving white papers is June 29, 2001.
Requests for full proposals are expected to be made by July 20, 2001.
Funding is expected to begin on October 1, 2001.
