Attached is a new-line delimited list of the first 200 cards generated.  The
values are hexadecimal.  The following is a list relates the hexadecimal
number to a particular card:

1 - ace
2 - two
3 - three
4 - four
5 - five
6 - six
7 - seven
8 - eight
9 - nine
A - ten
B - jack
C - queen
D - king

Also, to check my work, I generated a histogram of the first 200 cards, which
is given below:

1:    18
2:    14
3:    18
4:    12
5:    15
6:    17
7:    18
8:    11
9:    15
A:    16
B:    13
C:    18
D:    15

These numbers look pretty uniformly distributed, which makes me happy.....
