Caramel Apple Crunch

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, sugars, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add the oil and mix just until moistened. Put the apples, raisins, and nuts into a 9-inch square baking pan and stir to mix. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top.

Bake until the apples are tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
