Tenderize the steak, first by doing some serious puncturing with a fork, and then with some meat tenderizer. Marinate with all the other ingredients for at least 1/2 hour. If using rice wine, you may want to reduce the amount of salt, and add some honey. Broil, either in oven or on a grill, for about 6 minutes a side, or until done (and with little burn marks on the outside). Cut diagonally. 1 steak will stuff two hungry people.
