Hummus

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor \& blend until you have a smooth paste. Serve as a dip topping with pita bread.

Serves at least 4.


Comments

The guy at the Falafel Hut (restaurant here in Knoxville with excellent hummus) says to use a lot of garlic, quite a bit more than this recipe. Unfortunately, their hummus is a lot better than this recipe.
