Cookie Press Cookies

Shortbreads for the cookie press.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Sugar decorations
Directions
Put the first three ingredients into a food processor and go at it
until it turns into a ball. Put into the cookie press and make cookies
on a greased cookie sheet. Decorate. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or so.
Comments
- If you don't decorate, sprinkle some sugar on top before baking.
- Try not to let the dough get too warm (i.e. the dough sitting in
the bowl while you are pressing). It will be hard to get it to
get out of the cookie press.
