Refried Beans


I'm not sure if anyone wants to claim this recipe. I just wrote it down after watching Heather.

Directions

Heat some oil in an iron skillet. Dump in the can of beans. If you want them drier, drain them first, but retain the juice in case it gets too dry. Stir, fry, and mash the beans with the back of a fork until you have refried-bean gunk. Serve quickly, as it tends to dry out. Serves 2.
