Saving Generated Maps

Running a simulation of land-cover change produces an output map for each timestep and replicate. If the user chooses to save any of these intermediate maps, they will be saved in the directory which is specified from the Mapset XmScrolledList widget on the LUCAS Setup Menu. The Mapset list contains only directories which the user has ownership (write permission). The number of maps saved per replicate is input by the user. The user has the option of saving between 0 to nt maps, where nt is the maximum number of timesteps. If the user specifies to save n maps, where n is less than nt, the last n maps generated will be saved in his mapset directory.
