Material will be up to and including malloc().
This is a supplementary midterm, whose value will be something like half of the
first midterm. This midterm will contain one to three questions like Question 3 from
the previous midterm.
If you are one of the five students who
received an A+ on Midterm 1 (meaning your score was greater than 50, not that it rounded
to 50), you do not have to take Midterm 2. Your grade
will be identical to your grade on Midterm 1.
