Pictures -- Other Modules
- Rhombicuboctahedron (with pointy-things), A different one -- The outer modules are from Yamaguchi's book Kusudama: Ball Origami (Japan Publications, 1990). The inner modules are kind of like the Sonobe module (see below). If enough people pester me, I'll diagram it.
- Greater Stellated Dodecahedron -- Jeannine Mosely's module (see above for directions).
- Sonobe Rhombicuboctahedron and Dodecahedron. The Sonobe module is diagrammed in Origami for the Connoisseur, by Kasahara and Takahama (Japan Publicaions, 1987), and is very flexible.
- Sonobe Icosahedron.
- Little Turtle Dodecahedrons. The Little Turtle module is diagrammed in Fuse's Unit Origami (Japan Publications, 1990). It is also very flexible, but I would highly recommend gluing these if you want them to last -- they are serious explode-on-impact modules. However, I think they are also beautiful.
- Little Turtle Icosidodecahedron.
