RESEARCH INTERESTS
Design, implementation, and modeling of parallel communication libraries;
parallel computer architectures; scientific and grid computing;
modeling of parallel benchmarks.
Clusters with Hardware Accelerators.(GPU, MIC, and etc.)
Parallel Programming models: MPI, CUDA, Open CL, Open MP, Partitioned global address space, and etc.
Parallel I/O and distributed file system.
Communication over comodity networks: InfiniBand, Quadrics, Myricom and Sicortex.
