Analog VLSI Design Resource Kit
Under /usr/cad/course/analog, you will find the Analog VLSI Design Resource Kit
that was developed by Prof. Robert Caverly of the Univ. of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
The kit includes the layout of a 2-micron, N-well MOSIS TinyChip
(projN.mag).
These designs have been verified both experimentally and by simulation.
The following tutorials contain the laboratory exercises, both
simulation and experimental, corresponding to circuits on the
chip set:
Tutorial Overview
Tutor 1: Simple two-transistor CMOS amplifier
Tutor 2: Simple two-transistor current mirror
Tutor 3: Operational amplifier
Tutor 4: Switched-capacitor filter
Tutor 5: Adjustable CMOS ring oscillator
Tutor 6: 4-Bit Charge-Scaled Digital-to-Analog Converter
There are also ASCII versions of SPICE files for each of the tutorials.
