Green Beans with Parsley and Mint

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3T minced fresh mint
- 3T minced fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2T lemon juice
- 1T shredded lemon peel
Directions
Boil beans for 5 minutes and drain. Mix in oil, mint, parsley, salt
and pepper. Just before serving, add the lemon juice and peel.
Serves 6.
