Burrito Beans
Heather's recipe
This is a simple pinto bean recipe that goes well in tacos and burritos.
Ingredients
- 2 16 ounce cans of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 small green pepper, chopped finely
- Water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Put the beans, onion and pepper into a small saucepan, and add water
almost to the level of the beans. Add salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for
at least 15 minutes.
