Directions

Get all the ingredients ready. Heat an iron skillet or griddle big enough to hold an open tortilla on medium-high heat. For each burrito, put a tortilla on the skillet for a few seconds on each side. This should make it pliable. Remove the tortilla and fill it with all the ingredients (put the picante sauce and dressing on last). Roll up the bottom and sides, and it's ready.
