Cajun BBQ Baked Beans
Modified a little from Barbecue Greats, Memphis Style.
I guess this looks pretty standard / uninspiring, but
it makes some great beans.
Ingredients
- 3 15-oz cans Pork and Beans (in tomato sauce)
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2T worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1T mustard
- 1T

Seasoning
Directions
Brown and drain the sausage. Mix everything together, and crock-pot
for 6 hours, or bake at 350 for 1 hour.
