Cajun Seasoning

Use this wherever a Cajun Spice mixture is needed. This can be used as a rub for barbecued chicken -- fine indeed. Or substitute for the mixture in Spicy Baked Chicken (the ingredients look pretty similar, but the oregano and thyme give it a totally different flavor).
