Naan
This is really cheating, but the naan is better than we've ever
made (of course, we haven't tried often), and
this way you can have it every night.
Ingredients
Directions
Heat the oven to 400 - 450 degrees. (you don't really have to wait for
it to heat up). Put the naan on a cookie sheet and cook for 2 to 4
minutes.
Comments
- You can buy frozen naan at most Indian grocery stores. I like the
blue packages better than the red ones.
- Oh, if you're wondering what naan is, it's Indian bread, kind of like
pita bread, only better.

If you don't want to cheat, Madhur Jaffrey has a naan recipe which
is quite a bit more time consuming than this one.
