Quesadillas


Heather's recipe from her uncle Bruce
This certainly isn't an authentic recipe for Quesadillas, but I've yet to meet someone who doesn't love it. It's a good reason to always have tortillas and cheese in the fridge.

Ingredients


Directions

Put a very thin layer of the picante sauce on the tortilla. Cover with a sparse layer of cheese. Put on a baking tray in a hot oven (400F) and cook until the tortilla is good and crispy. Eat.
