Pork with Red Goo
This is a staple from Jim's mom.
Ingredients
- Pork chops or roast
- Oil
- Rosemary
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2T honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
In an iron skillet, brown the pork seasoned with rosemary in oil over high
heat, then simmer for 30-40
minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan, and simmer for 10
minutes or so. Serve pork with
white rice and sauce on the side.
Comments
You can roll the chops in flour beforehand if you so desire.
