An excellent Ice Cream drink.
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Persecco
- 3/4 bottle lemon extract
- 1/4 cup Lemon vodka
- 1/4 cup Limoncello
Directions
Pack the ice cream to the top of a blender. Do small chunks so that it
will blend well. Fill the rest with persecco.
Blend. Add the other ingredients. If too sweet, add more persecco.
