Sweet and Sour Chutney

This is a bizarre sweet and hot chutney. Not as good as plain tamarind chutney, but still pretty good.

Directions

Place all the ingredients except for the raisins in a blender or food processor and blend together. Wash the raisins and dry on paper towels. Stir into the chutney.
