Baked Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 3T lemon pepper
- 3T garlic salt
- 1T onion powder
- 1 teas thyme
- Whole turkey breast (thawed if it was frozen)
- Oil or Pam
Directions
Skin breast and coat with oil (recipe suggests butter flavored Pam
but I don't use that). Coat a paper bag with oil (or spray with Pam).
Coat breast with spices, and bake at 300F
for 22 minutes per pound or approximately 2 hours.
Let cool and slice. Wonderful cold.
Comments
We didn't have lemon pepper or garlic salt or onion powder or Pam
in any form, so we substituted lemon, pepper, garlic, minced onion and oil.
It tasted just fine.
