About

Greetings! Welcome to my homepage. I am a final-year Ph.D. student in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am a member of the MoSIS Lab, under supervison of Dr. Jian Liu.

My research interests encompass the areas of mobile sensing & computing, human-computer interaction, and cybersecurity & privacy. Particularly, I utilize machine learning and signal processing techniques to create next-generation applications for human-computer interaction, smart health monitoring, and identifying potential security/privacy issues on IoT devices.

I was a research intern at Snap Research, where I worked on contrastive-learning-based location identification, and Truveta, where I worked on LLM pre-training, LLM fine-tuning, and medical image de-identification.

I will be joining University of Oklahoma as an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) in Jan 2025. I am actively recruiting Ph.D. students. If you're interested in Mobile Sensing, Cybersecurity, Human-computer Interaction, and LLM, feel free to contact me.
