Homework_7 -- Designing a Custom Analog Circuit

This homework involves the design of a custom analog circuit, an OTA
or Operational Transconductance Amplifier.

AMI06 Setup

It follows our usual design flow:

schematic (Composer) --> pre-layout simulation (Spectre)

layout (Virtuoso) --> post-layout simulation (Spectre)

For this type of circuit, special layout techniques are used for matching
the properties of the transistors to help offset any process variations
that may occur during fabrication.

You may wish to use the pcell feature to generate multi-finger
fets and this shortcut to facilitate the layout of guard rings.
