- All homework, computer software, and projects turned in for credit must be each student's own work. Students may discuss the assignments with others but must write their own software and problem solutions.
- Homework is due before the beginning of the class (i.e., 9:10am on the due date). Project is due
11:59pm on the due date. Projects should be submitted electronically through Canvas. Please name your report using the following
style
proj#_UTKID.pdf
and your source code in a tar/zip file using
proj#_UTKID.tar
- Late policy: Each student is given a 48-hour grace period for all assignment. Any assignment submitted later beyond the grace period will have a penalty of 20% deduction per late day. No assignment should be submitted more than 3 days after the due date. The unused grace period will be counted toward bonus added to the final average. The bonus is modeled as a Gaussian with a std TBD.
