Power / Energy Systems Seminar
Instructor: Kevin Tomsovic
email: tomsovic at utk.edu
Overview
This course will be a series of seminars on various contemporary issues
in power and energy systems. These seminars will cover both utility scale
systems and devices as well as lower power conversions in, for example,
electric vehicles, variable speed drives or power supplies. Seminars will
be given by UTK faculty, UTK graduate students and some off campus
individuals from either academia or industry. Since this covers a very
broad range of applications, lecturers will be reminded to provide
necessary background information but students are also encouraged to ask
questions.
